9:33:31 AM Commissioner Mitchell Finding that we've already had the notice, the presentation and acceptance of the petitions of the owners and they were certified by the Clerk and Recorder that we held a public hearing on December 21st and we approved this pending the resolution preparation, I move that we approve resolution #2004-163, to annex property into the Belgrade Rural Fire District.
